GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION

 

Due to increased demand during the current global health challenges, some shipments may be delayed 24-48 hours. Hoover.com no longer ships to Canada (visit Hoover.ca), Puerto Rico, The Virgin Islands, Guam, a PO Box, an APO, or other military address. These addresses can still be used for a billing address, but you will need to ship to a different address. If you need to ship products to any of these types of addresses, please call our customer service department to place the order at (800) 944-9200 Monday - Friday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. EST. Hoover.com uses FedEx as the carrier to ship our products when the Standard Delivery option is selected at checkout. RECONDITIONED UNITS are not eligible for second day or express shipping. Orders may take up to 6 business days to leave our warehouse. This also includes units marked refurbished or remanufactured. All orders are usually processed for shipment within one to two business days and received at your home within seven to ten days. Shipment and delivery days are Monday through Friday, with the exception of national holidays. We do not make Saturday deliveries. Free standard shipping on orders above $49.99. Machines and solutions usually arrive in 3-5 business days, parts and accessories usually will be delivered in 7-10 business days. Standard shipping is not available for truck shipments* over 150lbs. *Orders over 150lbs will be sent Truck and subject to a $50 fee in addition to the corresponding shipping charge. Effective July 1, 2022, all sales delivered to Colorado will have a $0.27 Retail Delivery Fee included with the sales tax.
